Last Updated: October 2026
Jurisdiction: Assam, India
Document: Standard Service Terms (v1.0)
Entity: Bimano Fintax
Official Document Scope & Integrity: This document constitutes an official policy of Bimano Fintax. It governs all client interactions, advisory service engagements, and website usage. By using our website or commissioning professional services, you agree to these provisions.
01 / Preamble

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) represent a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”, “User”, “you”) and Bimano Fintax (“Firm”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), an integrated Indian professional services firm having its registered and operational headquarters in Assam, India.

These Terms regulate access to our website (bimanofintaxx.com), mobile portals, communications channels, and all commercial contracts entered into for professional advisory, tax filing, corporate registration, accounting, and institutional school software services.

02 / Consent

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, booking a consultation, paying a professional advance, or submitting documentation for statutory filing, you explicitly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our associated Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue website usage and refrain from commissioning services from Bimano Fintax.

03 / Professional Scope

3. Nature of Services

Bimano Fintax provides independent consulting, administrative drafting, tax return preparation, corporate compliance management, digital enablement, and school enterprise system integration.

Important Notice: Bimano Fintax is an independent private consultancy firm. We are not a department, bureau, or division of any central, state, or municipal government authority. We act as professional representatives preparing documentation on behalf of our clients.

04 / Engagement Intake

4. Service Requests

All service bookings, retainer requests, or purchase orders submitted through our website or direct consultations are subject to review and confirmation by Bimano Fintax. We reserve the right to decline or request modification of any service engagement where conflict of interest, illegal business objects, or statutory impossibility exists.

An engagement is officially deemed confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed initial professional fee or documentation authorization.

05 / Client Obligations

5. Customer Responsibilities

To enable timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks, the Client agrees to:

  • Provide all required KYC papers, bank statements, utility vouchers, identity proofs, and signatures promptly upon request.
  • Maintain active and responsive communication via designated email or phone channels.
  • Promptly review and approve draft applications, resolutions, and tax calculations prior to portal submissions.
  • Pay all statutory government fees, portal challans, and professional charges as scheduled.
06 / Record Handover

6. Documents & Information

Clients must transmit clear, legible, and uncorrupted digital copies or certified hard copies of all required documents. Bimano Fintax cannot be held liable for statutory rejections or scrutiny notices resulting from blurry scans, expired authorizations, or partial records provided by the Client.

07 / Client Warranty

7. Accuracy of Information

The Client bears sole legal responsibility for the veracity, truthfulness, and genuineness of all figures, transactions, turnover totals, and identity credentials submitted for statutory reporting. Bimano Fintax prepares returns and corporate dossiers in reliance upon data furnished by the Client and does not conduct forensic audit of raw client bank vouchers unless specifically commissioned under a separate forensic audit agreement.

08 / Advisory Standards

8. Professional / Advisory Services

Advisory opinions, tax optimizations, and corporate structuring strategies formulated by Bimano Fintax represent professional evaluations based upon prevailing statutes, notifications, and judicial precedents at the date of delivery.

Because regulatory bodies and appellate tribunals may adopt varying interpretations, opinions provided do not constitute an absolute guarantee against departmental queries, reassessments, or audit selections.

09 / Departmental Discretion

9. Government & Regulatory Processing

Government departments (such as the Registrar of Companies, Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, Income Tax Department, or Trademark Registry) exercise independent statutory discretion. Approval, registration, objection, rejection, or inspection orders are issued solely at the discretion of the presiding government officers.

Bimano Fintax has no control over departmental decisions and cannot guarantee the grant of any licence, certificate, or approval.

10 / Turnaround Parameters

10. Service Timelines

Estimated timelines communicated on our website or proposals represent typical operational estimates under ordinary conditions. Actual execution times may vary depending upon:

  • Promptness of document and OTP submissions by the Client.
  • Government portal server availability, scheduled maintenance, or technical downtime.
  • Departmental backlog, gazetted holidays, or unexpected regulatory clarification requests (resubmission notices).
11 / Fee Architecture

11. Fees & Pricing

All professional fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable statutory Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly noted as GST-inclusive.

Statutory Charges: Quoted professional fees generally cover Bimano Fintax drafting and advisory time. Government filing fees, MCA stamp duty, name reservation fees, portal challans, and third-party vendor charges (such as Digital Signature Certificate token hardware) are payable separately or as designated in our written invoice breakdown.

12 / Billing Schedule

12. Payment Terms

One-time services require payment of the agreed professional fee and estimated statutory charges prior to portal submission. Retainer services (monthly or annual accounting and compliance) are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle and are payable within seven (7) business days of invoice issuance.

Failure to settle invoices on time may result in suspension of statutory filing services, and Bimano Fintax shall not be held liable for statutory late fees or penalties caused by client-delayed invoice settlements.

13 / External Integrations

13. Third-Party Platforms

Our software workflows and institutional school ERP modules may interface with third-party software, SMS gateways, cloud servers, or payment gateways. We do not control and cannot be held responsible for server downtime, software bugs, or policy alterations of independent third-party platforms.

14 / Proprietary Assets

14. Intellectual Property

In any event, our total aggregate liability for any direct claim arising under an engagement shall be strictly capped at the actual professional fee received by Bimano Fintax for the specific service in dispute (excluding third-party and government statutory disbursements).

18 / Changes in Offering

18. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to alter, enhance, or discontinue any service offering, website feature, or fee structure at our sole discretion with prospective effect. Existing active service contracts shall continue to be governed by the specific terms agreed at the time of client confirmation.
